. Upload claims forms through their customer profile.
. View a full list of all current and past claims filed through their profiles.
. Associate their upload to a specific required document.
. View the history of an individual claim. This will include the date the claim was filed, the claim type, and any documents uploaded.
. Add a trip during claims submission if the trip for the claim is not listed.
